The Winfield Community Library is a member of Yellowhead Regional Library, and participates in both The Regional Automation Consortium (TRAC) and The Alberta Library (TAL). Our participation in these initiatives gives our patrons access to 15 million items in over 230 Alberta libraries.
Residents of the Community of Winfield may acquire a free library membership by visiting our library and presenting proper address identification. Any questions regarding acceptable forms of identification can be answered by our staff at (780) 682-2498.
Your library card is also your (TAL) card (The Alberta Library card). As a member of the Winfield Community Library, you may borrow and return books at any participating Alberta library.
If you lose your library card please contact the library immediately to avoid the unauthorized use of your library card.If you move or change your phone number please notify us as soon as possible in order to keep your account up to date.
To borrow items from the library, you must have your card present.
